Terms & Conditions

• "Service" - the ClickDefend platform for click fraud detection and prevention
• "Account" - your user account on the ClickDefend platform
• "Customer Data" - data about your website visitors, collected through the Client Code
• "Client Code" - the ClickDefend JavaScript script installed on your website
• "Click" - the unit of measurement for service usage, recorded with each access through the Client Code
• "Click fraud" - activity where a person or automated system clicks on ads repeatedly to generate false costs
• "Reports" - analyses and statistics available in the ClickDefend dashboard

To use the service, you must complete the registration process with correct and current information. You are responsible for:

• Security of your account and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediate notification in case of unauthorised access

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or are used for illegal activities.

ClickDefend grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to:

• Install the Client Code on your websites
• Access and view Reports in the dashboard
• Use the features included in your plan

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works from our software
• Decompile or attempt to discover the source code
• Sell, rent, or transfer access to the service
• Use the service for illegal purposes

The ClickDefend service is available on a subscription basis, with prepayment. By subscribing, you authorise automatic charging of the selected payment method.

Important conditions:

• Prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable
• Subscription automatically renews at the end of each period
• If you exceed your plan's click limit, your account may be automatically upgraded
• You are responsible for keeping billing information up to date

Payment processing is securely handled by Stripe Inc.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from account settings or by contacting us at contact@clickdefend.ro.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before renewal
• Subscription remains active until the end of the paid period
• Prepaid amounts are not refundable
• Upon cancellation, all Customer Data and Reports may be deleted

After cancellation, you are responsible for removing the Client Code from your websites.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• We will detect 100% of click fraud
• Results will always be accurate

We make continuous efforts to improve accuracy, but click fraud is a complex and constantly evolving phenomenon. ClickDefend provides significant protection but cannot guarantee complete elimination of fraud.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SC Maze Digital SRL will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or data
• Business interruptions caused by service use

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the last 12 months.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. You will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
